The Retail Shop Leases and Other Commercial Leases (COVID-19 Emergency Response) Regulation 2020 commenced on Thursday 28 May 2020. The regulation was made in response to the current pandemic and is intended to provide parties to affected leases and small businesses with relief in a number of ways.
