Masterclass: Disciplinary Law

Disciplinary law is an area of practice that lawyers are often left to navigate by themselves as they become more experienced. This half-day event has been especially designed in consultation with Queensland Law Society’s Occupational Discipline Law Committee to keep you up to date with this niche area of practice. This year’s program includes: • a snapshot of recent significant decisions in disciplinary law • a practical discussion on self-incrimination in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal • a look at the model litigant principles and how they apply to disciplinary proceedings • an interactive Q&A with the experts.
